Coming off of a 113-97 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday, the Lakers travel to the FedExForum tonight to take-on one of the most dangerous teams in the NBA. The Memphis Grizzlies (8-2) have a well-balanced team, led by Marc Gasol and Rudy Gay. The Lakers must limit turnovers and get back on defense if they want to beat the Grizzlies on the road. The Grizzlies have a deep bench so the Lakers' starters will play big minutes tonight. The game tips-off at 5:00PM PT and can be seen on TWC SportsNet and heard on ESPNLA 710.

Gasol, the brother of Pau, is a top-3 NBA center that can run an offense through the low-post because of his vision and passing ability. Gasol averages 20.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. He doesn’t pull down many rebounds, but that’s due to the fact that his power forward, Zach Randolph leads the league in rebounding. Howard is coming off of an off-night in Sacramento Wednesday with 7 points and 9 rebounds. The Lakers must dominate inside as the Grizzlies will make shots from the outside all night.Tags: Basketball, Dwight Howard, Los Angeles, Los Angeles Lakers, Marc Gasol, NBA, Rudy Gay
