TMZ has reported that Lakers second-year forward Devin Ebanks is being sued for sexual assault a year after being cleared of rape charges. The woman who accused Ebanks of rape is now seeking recompense.
The alleged victim is suing Ebanks for "sexual assault and battery, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress."
This suit comes less than a month after Ebanks was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
